Senior: Bear Grass Charter School has given me a pretty good high school experience in most of my past years. Some of the things that they could improve on are student feedback and either enforce or just think about how the students feel about some of the things they're doing at the school. Although Bear Grass can improve on some things, they have a great band program and pretty decent sports programs that can get the students involved. Senior: I am senior this year and have enjoyed my time over the last four years. I choose to come to this school because of the great opportunity to get a two-year degree while still in high school, but once I got there, I realized I had gained so much more. The class sizes are small which allows for you to get one on one time with your teachers, and you are able to do more activities to learn while in class. Since being here I have come more out of my shell and have gained skills that will last me a lifetime after I graduate this May. Sophomore: South creek is not a well known school but a good one. A lot of people tend to look down on are school but in reality they have never given it a chance. the teachers are very hands on and love to help anyone in need. the facility treat us like family. Senior: I like how involved the staff are with the students. Teachers and college advisors are very helpful in wanting students to succeed. They have helped students go above and beyond in their learning. Advisors are very helpful in making sure students are ready for college and that they are taking courses that they need. I have been taking college classes since 10th grade and thanks to my advisors it has led to me being on track to get my associates degree this upcoming summer. The clubs and academics have shaped and helped me become who I am today. The school has a very diverse environment which allows students to learn different cultures. The school provides classes for those interested in STEM related fields and CTE courses. The school has a great music program for students that really allows students to express themselves.
