Graduate Student: Overall, it’s pretty good to be a grad student at TU in A&S, but that is changing rapidly. The faculty care about us and the other students do as well, but neither the Board of Trustees nor the President nor the Provost (now acting President) actually care about this particular group of students. They’d honestly rather A&S disappear to make way for “industry jobs”. If your goal is to pursue Psychology, then TU is a solid option. Other degrees housed under A&S? Master's Student: I'm currently about to complete my first 7 week class as a graduate student at SEOSU. My professor has been incredibly helpful and supportive, even with it being an online course. The IT department is incredible and I'm able to call them anytime, talk to a real person, and have my problem solved within minutes! My advisor reached out quickly and helped me easily enroll and give me advice on what classes best fit my busy schedule as a full time elementary teacher and mother of two. I was worried about taking classes fully online, as this is new to me. My undergraduate classes were entirely in person at OSU and I was concerned that I would struggle to adapt to learning online. However, recorded lessons and easy communication with my professor and classmates has made it an easy transition. My professor is always available and has met with me one on one anytime I ask via Zoom. It has truly been a wonderful experience so far!... Read 57 reviews
