Florida International University Graduate Reviews

I started out in the summer of 2013 at FIU as an undergraduate. First as an exploratory major, then chemistry major and finally finding my place in criminal justice. I grew up a lot during my time here. Finding lifelong friends and memories along the way. While completing my undergraduate studies, I found myself interested in the field of national security as it pertains to the United States of America. My interest began while receiving my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and listening to current events involving various national security and criminal justice issues facing America today.

When I decided to continue my studies, I chose to complete my Master’s Degree in Global Affairs with a specialty track in International Crime and Justice.

Overall, my experience at Florida International University was a positive one. I was able to meet all different kinds of professors and pupils from all different kinds of backgrounds and because of this I now consider myself a more insightful person. Not only has it been rewarding in the professional setting it has also been rewarding in the social setting. I have been able to meet people that I will consider friends for my entire life. My undergraduate experience at FIU has been so great I have decided to pursue graduate school at the university. One of the few things I would like to see the university change is the push within the athletics department. I believe the school has a great deal of talent in that regard and it should be exploited in the best way possible so that the school can shine from as many sectors as possible. Despite this, I cannot wait to return back to FIU and cheer on the university that has provided me with an outstanding education. Go Panthers!
Home of the Panther! FIU is a diverse university with many outside entertainments and school fundraising activities. Amazing, caring, professional educators who holds each student accountable for their work. Excuses are not tolerable at this university as each student is expected to deliver assignments on time or before any listed deadlines. The setting of the campus is beautiful, immaculate, and surrounded by various food locations. The campus is also enormous and can be difficult for students who are incapacitated or disabled to attend their classes on time. More elevators should be created to accommodate these students.
