Doctoral Student: I am an adult student and Albizu has a great program set-up to facilitate easy navigation from semester to semester. The classes are well thought out, challenging, but doable. The campus is left to be desired, but the staff is friendly and will to help when help is needed. There is plenty of opportunity to get involved in campus activities and student life services tries to make the University a pleasant experience. Graduate programs are not intended to be easy, and it definitely has not, but Albizu has made it work for students mostly coming from underprivileged, minority, or working adults backgrounds. I am proud to continue to put my sleeves up every semester with Albizu's help and get through a program that was designed with me in mind, a first generation minority that is a working adult to obtain my doctorate degree....
