Poor pay, job requirements that change daily, little to no reward or encouragement. Ytel hires contract workers for their support department because they know they can pay them less than minimum wage with no benefits. Also, I am fairly sure that many of the companies that use Ytels software are engaged in possibly illegal and definitely unethical business practices as defined by the FCC. But hey, at least I get to work from home, right?
