I enjoyed it, flexible schedule perfect for those in school. Not a long term type of job. Compensation is low compared to other after school programs
I have worked for YPI since 2013 and I love my job. I have had the opportunity to work with children from various communities in Los Angeles. YPI truly serves the most vulnerable children of Los Angeles. YPI provides their staff with training that truly aims to develop them as educators and community leaders.
There was poor communication in the department and site that I worked at. It was not not streamlined. The staff were friendly and helpful to assist me in learning new things. There was high turnover during my time at this agency
