I make the soft serve and enjoy the work. All of my co-workers are intelligent women and we all get along. Unfortunately the owner (my supervisor) is unstable. Every little thing is blown way out of proportion; she stresses everyone out with her negativity. She micro manages and constantly questions our intelligence with even the simplest tasks. She yells at employees in front of customers. She is disorganized and a pack rat.
