I have had such a positive experience working in this company. The management is hardworking, transparent, and open to new ideas from all levels of employees. Working in this supportive group has helped me hone my skills as well as be pushed to learn more. I’m so glad I have had the opportunity to intern with Welty.
Employees are treated as individual people, hierarchy & formalities are not rampant. Somewhat reactive, some lack of accountability.
The benefits, retirement, healthcare could be better would help with retention and recruitment . Overall great company look forward to going to work
