There is much to learn about mental health when working for Philhaven. The benefits are wonderful and because it is a part of the much larger Wellspan network there are opportunities to transfer to different positions. Despite this, growth opportunities at Philhaven itself are very rare.
It is a very stressful work environment due to it being a mental health hospital but it is a wonderful place to work if one is able to de-stress appropriately.
