Great place~ Day 1 benefits and great matching of 401k~! Flexible and work from home opportunity. Definitely great culture I would encourage anyone to apply. Work life balance is there. They go above and beyond to ensure they are fair and very communicative. Can't go wrong here. Allows you to go across departments and expand your knowledge. Lots of opportunities to learn more and grow. Upper management is well tenured and it is apparent they are part of the winning solutions. Wayfair is making else feel at home. Work on a people principle set up and want you to display and continue to grow within those principles. They are talked about often and managers try to walk that talk and set great examples. Warehouse workers have growth to supervisory roles. Lots of chances to learn new skills and become a long time associate with the company - they have grown across countries and have lots of technology to keep everyone informed and up to date at all times. Wayfair is Awesome p
It is a great place to work. This company shows daily that they care about their employees. The training is extensive and your peers are always there to support each other. There are fun contests, games, and so much awareness. Plus you have the benefit of helping people find the perfect items for their home, office, etc.
Good work life balance, but it seemed like there were a lot of false promises made. They overhired and had to go through two rounds of layoffs. I liked my immediate team, but the higher-ups seemed tone deaf to the needs of their employees.
