I've just started here, but it's always been somewhere I wanted to start a career. Don't get me wrong, it has its issues. All work places are going to. But the fact that I am able to learn and grow, even outside my actual job duties is what amazes me. And everyone has been so willing to teach me. Just an overall positive experience so far.
Good place to work. Good pay and benefits. If you have a good supervisor then things are good if you don’t it can be stressful.
Very toxic work environment. You are expected to work 16 hours a day plus about 20 minutes of unpaid time on top of the 16 hours. You get no breaks. Management does not care that they are breaking every labor law.
