It was an average work environment. Great coworkers as for management not so great. One thing I would like change is for them to keep their promises of flexible and accommodation toward your schedule. It may not be true for all department just mine.
Overall i had a wonderful education from VSM. However unfortunately management and ownership were not willing to see my light. I don't regret working there but I wont again.
