Working for Vail truly is the experience of a lifetime. I worked there for 6 months as a guide in the Teton National Park and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with them. They cared for employees and offered opportunities so move up in the company. They have a great company culture! So fun and so fullfilling!
I work for Vail Resorts Corporate in Broomfield. I started as a contractor, looking in. I proved my worth and was hired around a year later. I saw that they treated thier employees right and I fought to become a part of it.
I've been with the company for 2.5 years now and it's truly been an Experience of a Lifetime. My job is stressful, but it's rewarding. I feel like I'm truly valued within my department and I don't plan to leave anytime soon. The only qualm I had was having to live in the high cost of living metro area, then the let us live anywhere there is a Vail Resort. I moved to WI and I couldn't be happier!
I love my job, love my coworkers, and the compensation is amazing! My salary is more than fair, bonuses are plentiful for those who work hard, they have a 401K match, health and dental insurance, and great lodging and merchandise discounts.
I also love the new CEO! I love working for a women led company!!

Okay company, with decent benefits. Awesome starting pay of $20 for all employees. However, earning a pay raise for hourly workers is almost impossible unless promoted, then goes up $1/Hr after a promotion. The epic pass is nice.
