United Allergy Services Reviews
Your manager makes or breaks this job. My original manager was great and I loved my job. When they changed management territories, I received a new manager who does nothing but micromanages. We are constantly being sent excel sheets to keep up with and always having multiple weekly calls. It’s all about numbers and as soon as it looks like you won’t be meeting your monthly goals, you’re having a meeting with your manager. You can explain that the clinic is just slow and you’re doing everything you can but it always comes down to what YOU should change to increase your numbers. The pay is fine if you’re not person supporting your family. However, I could barely get by and I am the only person in my household. Starting off I loved my job because my manager and coworkers made it fun and enjoyable. My manager checked in 1-2 a month and wasn’t so pushy on the numbers of the clinic.
