TruCheck in and of itself is a good company. They have a strong moral code that they stand by. They would rather be safe and have you home at the end of the day than be in any danger. They are very strict with their rules and their numbers. They are a contract company so they must adhere to the rules of their contract, but they seem to care. I enjoy working for them, and I feel that I am valued. The work tends to be difficult at times but I know that I have support when I need it.
Tru-Check allows for hard work and long hours during the summer season, but there is very little, if any, opportunity for growth or advancement of any kind. They lay off often, but generally welcome back the same old employees once work resumes. I enjoyed working in the field and managing my own time. Management could have been better, as they were often unavailable and unable to be reached by phone when needed.
