Trade Winds Island Resort Reviews
Working at the front desk had its ups and downs. A lot of missing puzzle pieces from management. There is A LOT to know and it can get overwhelming if you're not a sharp person. Wouldn't be a good job for anyone with kids (the schedules are not consistent and not flexible- they are released on wednesdays for the upcoming weekend). Most employees don't last.
They have excellent benefits for their employee, or partners, as they like to all them. friendly atmosphere with great coworkers. happy to go to work every time.
