I wish management wasn't so nice sometimes and would fire those that do not do a good job. When someone cannot complete their daily work tasks it only ends up making more work for others around them. If the same mistakes continue to be made for almost a year, why does this person still have a job. They are too nice to fire people, which is very fristrstubg for those who work hard and do their job right the first time.
