Texas Ear Nose and Throat Specialists Reviews
I was originally hired as a Medical Scribe who worked alongside one Otolaryngologist. I was able to work part-time and my experience was extremely fulfilling, as it exposed me to ENT and Pediatric medicine. I learned about patient care and interaction, imaging, labs, surgical and in-office procedures, among many other responsibilities. I was able to shadow several providers in the operating room and in clinic as well. After 1 year and 3 months, I then began my journey as a Front Office Representative. Once again I was exposed to patient satisfaction, labs, imaging, and administrative duties that played a vital role in the dynamic of patient care and team work within a large clinic. Supervisors, nurses, and providers are all top of the line in professionalism and in experience, which make it a great workplace to learn from. My only recommendation would be to increase the amount of staff at the larger offices since it tends to lead to increased employee burn-out rates.
Overall a great work place, very supportive of the employees and the company cares. Great benefits and bonuses, many offices around the Houston area
