Teleperformance was a fun place for a 19 year old. But the management was terrible. To get this started we have to start at the very beginning; the hiring process.

You're not allowed inside the building and they don't have a panel or poster outside their building for their online website to apply. I was lucky and had a friend working there and she gave me the information.

Once you're selected for the hiring process you have to wait 1-2 hours for an interview after your scheduled time and then another hour actually being interviewed. That's 3 hours! And if they see you with your phone while waiting they send you home and ask you to try again the next day.

Next, when I got hired I had to work for a client called Figis getting paid 10 an hour. And it was easy learning the duties and process of taking calls and orders. But the training was supposed to be for a week but was cut down to 3 days because I was Bi-lingual and they wanted me ASAP on the floor.

I have been with the company for 4 years! This is a great place to work and a fun environment. The staff is very friendly and many of the upper management have an open door policy. Teleperformance always show appreciation to their employees by having games, perks and give aways. In afdition the company is big on charitable donations and drives for just about every occassion!
Been my first time working at a call center, I love the branch I work for! It is a great place to grow in communication skills, patients and most importantly learn how to multi task. I would recommend this job to anybody trying to pay college like myself. Of course it has its downs but the outcome is always great.
