I started working for TD almost 4 years ago. This is my favorite job that I've worked. I've worked in 3 locations and have had an awesome experience at all of them. TD offers a competitive pay, not just compared to other banks but also to other businesses. In addition to competitive pay, employees also get a quarterly bonus. There's a lot of room for promotion within this company. I've already been promoted once and am currently working on my second promotion. The management team effectively motivates the employees and pushes them to perform their skills to the best of their ability and beyond. They make it easy to have a nice work-life balance. Having 2 kids of my own, that was important to me. The schedules are made fairly and there's a lot of understanding in the event of an emergency. The benefits are fantastic. There are a wide range of insurance options based on your health needs and they are affordable. I also took advantage of their paid maternity leave.
Td bank is wonderful company to work for. Its easy to move up and they annually raise in your pay. Its so easy to move up in the company. They offer FULL benefits even if your PARTTIME. Their flexible with scheduling so its easy to enjoy everyday life. You also learn and meet new people everyday!
I have been working at TD Bank as a Teller for a year now. I stay on my toes, better understand others needs, and am more compassionate. I have come to know from the back of my hand, how to make deposits, withdrawals, home equity payments, credit cards, customer service, and inquire our team’s new customers best needs to online platforms such as “thinkorswim” and mobile banking. This has become a part of my daily routine. Demonstrating intelligible lessons each day has pushed me to become a leader in my own life. I have found that the people I work with are collaborative and supportive of myself in my performance and striving for the next referral that day. The referrals I have passed on demonstrate my effective leadership and eagerness to become a better customer service rep that leads to building relationships and looking out for my customers primary banking needs. I am in this stage where I am ready for the next step, and TD has helped me along the way to that path.
