Tacoma General Allenmore Hospital Reviews
Rating 4 out of 5 9 reviews
I have been working at Tacoma General Hospital for almost 17 years right after graduating from my BSN program at Seattle University. A lot of the employees on my unit were seasoned employees who work until they retire. Being one of the youngest nurses when I first started here made me feel like the youngest family member in this work family team. I was welcomed and genuinely guided from this experienced team of women from day one. I love working here ever since and have been through so many changes in working with new team members, new policies and managements. What’s awesome about my unit is that we have a great group of women who works together as a team to provide safe and professional care to our new moms and babies and their families. Witnessing the wonderful bond between family members towards their newborn family member has been such a humble and honor experience. Overall, working together as a team to help new families to transition into their new role as parents has been great
Working at Tacoma General Hospital has provided a lot of great opportunities for growth and development.
TG is a good place to work. The building is new and there are many resources. My onboarding process however was very poor.
