As working as a cashier at Taco Bell has been my first job, I am honestly so grateful I work here. They are always flexible with my busy high school and college schedule, and my management is great! Taco Bell is a great place to work and overall a great company. I love my job, though it can be a little stressful during rushes. My coworkers and the overall atmosphere makes all the stress very minimal. There is such an amazing and positive culture here too, so needless to say, it is always a great place to be.

Tacobell is a good place to work Considering a reported 43 per cent of employees would choose flex hours over a pay raise, it’s definitely a coveted perk. Allowing your team to work remotely, or simply being flexible to appointments and life in general – that’s a huge one for most people.
The best leaders talk to their employees. A lot. A major red flag for potential candidates is a company or employer that is notorious for bad communication. Whenever there is a change on the way or other important news, take the time to disseminate the information to your team clearly – you’ll be rewarded with happy employees.
I cannot stress, enough, that my job has may positive sides to it, but most will not believe me or trust y opinion. This is when I start explaining my job and my role at Taco Bell, "I do more than make tacos." I am a leader of a business!

I am not the "big boss," but I have had a huge role with every position, during my career here. I take one step at a time to make changes to one or more multiple stores at a time. Being a leader, comes with responsibility, change, training, and coaching. Being a leader means you must be able to influence your team members and co-workers to do the best of their ability. A company succeeds more when they have a team that WANTS to do better, not tell them to do better. If you are an influence to your team. they are more likely to want to help you do better and help themselves be better for their career and the business. Influencing others is a positive role in my job at Taco Bell.
