I was hired at Taco Bell in August 2021 and I have been there since. Since I was 15, my hours were restricted by school but I still played an important role in the workplace. I really appreciate the welcoming environment and the opportunities for rewards. My crew is some of the sweetest people and I have formed strong bonds with my coworkers. I am now 16, turning 17 this week and I couldn't be happier with Taco Bell being my first job. It has taught me many important life skills such as time management, communication, professionalism, commitment, and more! Being a Service Champion and seeing regular customers and hearing that I am a hard worker by my managers keep me motivated and I highly recommend our location. It is fun and purposeful.
Working at Taco Bell was a great experience for me.
One thing that really stood out to me was the training program. Taco Bell provided extensive training for new employees, which included learning the menu, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
The management team was also excellent. They were supportive and approachable, and always made sure that employees were happy and productive. They were also very flexible with scheduling.
Finally, the job provided me with valuable skills that I can use in other areas of my life. I learned how to work efficiently under pressure, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and problem-solve on the spot. These skills have been useful in other job roles and in my personal life as well.
Overall, my experience working at Taco Bell was a positive one.

It's not the worst place to work at, it's definitely got its fair share of characters and personality. The work isn't very difficult as they've simplified every single thing so much that it feels like mindless work everyday. The most amount of stress your receive seems to be during a rush when everything's a blur but some people excel at that stuff. The thing's I enjoy the most is definitely the manager work as I've got more responsibility than other people and I get to actually use my brain for something that isn't a taco. Honestly maybe some kind of fresher ingredient. I know it's not simple since it's fast food but everything comes frozen and all you have to do is throw it in hot water.
