T-Mobile US Inc. Reviews

T-Mobile is a great place to work. The work culture feels like family! The company itself wants to grow outside of T-Mobile to better your future. The benefits are great especially if you have children. The benefits include vision, dental, medical and more. When you are with the company they even gift you stock of the company. T-Mobile believes in rewarding their employees for accomplishments. While I was working at T-Mobile I was about to receive a raise and training to move up in the company. The Managers are interested in wanting to know what your future plans are with T-Mobile. They will guide you on the correct path on how to get to your ultimate goal at T-Mobile. When T-Mobile wins as a company the employees win as well. As a celebration of winning J. D Power award they turned the parking lot into a carnival with rides, concession stands, and games. I loved going into work and being able to say I work at T-Mobile. T-Mobile felt like home. T-Mobile equips you to be the best you.
Overall it was a very draining experience, people coming in with problems that we were never trained to deal with and being the face of the company you were the one dealing with the back lash. Phones are vital now a days in peoples lives and when it is not working properly they are going to come in for help, and most of the time we did not have a good solution for them. Selling the phone is the easy part but that's not all there is to it and a lot of the time your helping with situations that are not going to get you paid. Not to mention management is just awful I never had a stable manager even after 3 years of working there.
Working at T-mobile has been an interesting experience, especially not having worked in a service provider retail store. What I would like to see change is better communications within internal departments between store and retail support. As well as better management at this particular store.
