Sutter Health Reviews
Rating 4.47 out of 5 30 reviews
Sutter has amazing benefits. It's difficult to acquire a job with them but the benefits are worth it. Although, working at Sutter Health is difficult. The job environment is not for the weak hearted. Management is not helpful, and the coworkers create hostile work environments quickly. Working at Sutter Health is challenging, and it takes a lot of mental strength to be able to work in this company.
Great place to work! I have a nice work life balance and positive coworkers. Everyone is very helpful and tend to have growth mindset.
Sutter Health truly works tirelessly towards the goal to achieve helping people and families who struggle from mental and behavior health issues. Staff are kindhearted and determined to put their best efforts to bring the best results through our patients. The teamwork and staff support are vital in this type of work setting, but Kahi Mohala shows how you can attain positive help for patients through a solid foundation.
