I like how there are always hours, but that is only because they are short-staffed. They are working on cutting out the use of plastics, which is great overall. I find there are some biases that the boss cannot seem to overlook, so things are happening behind the scenes that would not be tolerated working for a franchise, and this leads to strains between some employees, and others who cannot work together at all. Said biases also do not leave room for any growth.
