This is a really good company to work for. They have a lot of pretty decent benefits, and they are pretty flexible for college students like me. It does seem like it depends on what section you work in. Working in the stores are a little more difficult than one of the call centers.
I started with the company in 2008 at a busy Nevada location. Started as a seasonal part time and grew with the company over the years. Progressing from a full time position into a Office Manager for the store. Sportsman’s Warehouse offered me room for growth, provided me a challenging yet supportive work environment. My coworkers became a second family as well as interacting with repetitive patrons to our store. I truly valued my time with the company.
Sportsman’s Warehouse is a great place to work whether you are just entering the work force or have been a part of it for 30 years. There are lots of opportunities for growth within the company and they care about expanding ones horizons with school. Sportsman’s Warehouse is dedicated to supporting their employees and dividing them with a bright future.
