I think that South wire is a good place to work because of the pay and it also gives you a lot of oppurtunites. The 12forlife program is a good opportunity for students to get experience in the manufacturing field.
Honestly, there is really nothing bad to say about this Company.
Management is amazing and there is always growth opportunities within the Company.
It is very stable and people who work here are generally easy to work with.

I have come from past jobs where there is no life and work balance and having no time to go to school or do anything fun. With this company it is swing shift so I have days off and I actually have time with family ad friends and to work on my studies. The pay is more than the factories around this location/town and that helps out a lot. The job isn't bad, somewhat physical, but it doesn't overwork their employees.
