Entry Level Employee: I really enjoy my position at Roufusport. I was a student there for about 4 years before I started my position and know many of our awesome staff and students. The atmosphere is relaxed and not micromanaged. As long as your doing your job, getting people in the door and signing them up, and making sure students are happy. There are super flexible with my schedule. I am taking a trip to Honduras this spring - they were totally okay with it. Also I am still in school and they are really good with making sure I can work shifts before assigning them. Taking the position there was the best decision!
