Entry Level Employee: Working at Spectacor was an overall good experience. The pay is average and management is kind and considerate. The staff wasn't that diverse but it was still a wonderful atmosphere. The hours were flexible and easy to work while going to school. Intern / Student Worker: Everyone here is super friendly, light hearted, caring for others, and makes a point to get to know you! The environment overall is amazing. The only reason I rated it 4/5 instead of 5/5 starts is due to the extremely low pay and long hours in the outdoor summer heat. If you are willing to overlook the pay/setting, this is a lovely place to work with lovely people. I do recommend overall and there are great variety of positions within the camp!... Read 2 reviews

The kids are great, my coworkers are amazing, and my boss (and the head coach) really works with all his employees if they have to take a day off or if they are unsure about anything.
