There are so many team members involved in this process as well as different organizations. Experienced Employee: I actually haven't worked here long enough to want to make changes to anything. My schedule is flexible which helps me tremendously. The company is very lenient when it comes to my busy schedule. It is easy to take time off. The benefits are wonderful. The people I work with are extremely supportive, and work together as a team to help others. The management here is fabulous. I never feel nervous, or anxious when having to talk with my boss. What I like the most is I get to travel to two different locations, both of which are 45 minutes from my house. Within these two locations are very different environments. Entry Level Employee: This job will require (at times) that you make special arrangements to stay past the end of your shift. It is annoying but it’s not the end of the world. Intern / Student Worker: I heard about it from my friend. My friend's mom contacted my mom so I could get a summer job. I applied for the summer of 2017 and I got accepted. This year summer of 2018 I got accepted too. This is a really good program because it helps out families if they are low on money, and help students get what they want.
