Experienced Employee: There is a love/ hate relationship with this company, at least for me. Wawa has great benefits, tuition assistance, and PTO. Management is 50/50, some care about their employees, and others don't. The rotation of managers can make the workplace feel on edge. They have many growth opportunities if you see a career through Wawa and with the right management to help you, it is a great experience. Unfortunately, I never received that help and had to train myself. Overall, it is okay but, it isn't terrible, unlike other convenience stores/ fast food restaurants.... Read 73 reviews

Manager / Director: I thoroughly enjoyed most of my time working for the company. I spent 1 year at an Urban Outfitters (more quite location than most) and 4 years at an Anthropologie (busy location). The company is every changing and absorbing employee and customer feedback. During my 4 years at Anthro, I saw the company make big strides to provide a safe and comfortable place for people to work. The switch in CEOs of the Anthropologie Group to Tricia Smith proved to be a good decision in my eyes as policies and processes became smoother and more aligned with what employees needed. The few issues for me were needing more payroll (this may have changed in fall of 2022 after I left) and providing policy security when it came to dealing with difficult customers. Some areas had challenging customers that were mean, to be straight forward. Other than that, the environment was mostly fun to work in and my coworkers were very kind and fashion forward.... Experienced Employee: I have worked at Anthroloplogie & Co for almost 4 years. The store is part of the URBN family and employees are eligible for discounts at Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Terrain as well. The employee discount is generous and family members are also eligible for the discount. The atmosphere is is inviting and management is very understanding and organized. Most upper-level managers at my store has been there for years. My store is unique because it is large format so it carries multiple departments like beauty, home, shoes, and more unlike smaller stores. The building is historically rich as it's almost 100 years old. The converted mansion was renovated specifically to be an Anthropologie and boasts signature built in art installations. Something I would like to see change is a more diverse workplace and a space where all customers and potential employees feel welcome. Entry Level Employee: I started working around November for a seasonal position. This was actually my first job! It is now the end of March and I am still working here. I love my job, coworkers, and company. I truly love Gertrude Hawk's Chocolate. I am a college student and my boss is very flexible with hours and scheduling. My only complaint would be that the company shut down some of the machines right before Christmas. There are always a lot of products that we have to tell the loyal customers that we are out of stock of. I have watched family traditions be broken in just the few months I have worked here.
