Manager / Director: Wawa is the best place to work. I am the assistant general manager of Wawa in Middletown, Delaware. Wawa is a place that guests can come in and enjoy the excellent customer service and products that Wawa provides. My employees and coworkers are my family. My family is in Bangor, Maine, my hometown. I'm very grateful to have a family here, in Delaware while I am attending college. Wawa does so much for the community and even their employees. Our store just adopted two families for Christmas and we were able to provide these families with gifts for Christmas, as they were unable to. I am also home, in Maine, with my family for the holidays for two weeks. Wawa made this possible. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else! I also get free, unlimited coffee every day!... Experienced Employee: I have overall had an amazing time at Urban Outfitters, they are super flexible with hours and accommodating life events. The environment is super friendly and open with every employee nice and i've met some of my best friends from the company. The store itself changes weekly which gives a fresh star each week with little repetition outside daily tasks. The main reason I have wanted to stay with the company is because of my mangers, they are all amazing women who care about their employees and want the store to succeed and love being there. Entry Level Employee: I was dropped in the middle of what would be the most intricate, yet crazy workplace I have ever been in when I got my job at Acme. Although it seemed like everything was mayhem because of the pandemic, it was really just organized chaos as my coworkers were fighting to meet the new demands of our customers. We were a team though. No matter what we would always laugh things off, talk with our manager over break like he was our friend--for that he was--and always help each other out.
