Olive Garden
Entry Level Employee: I had a wonderful experience during my time at Olive Garden. I worked there for two years as a server, and never had any difficulties. The only time I became stressed or upset was due to rude guests. The work culture was wonderful, encouraging, friendly, and uplifting. I made many lasting friendships while working there, and I made connections I would not have made otherwise had I not worked there. Overall, my experience there was a wonderful one of which I am glad I partook on! Although being a server is not the most glamorous of jobs, the pay was decent (I usually made about $20-$30 an hour); which, in this area, is very impressive. As a college student, I was more than able to sustain myself and live comfortably on my own.
