Entry Level Employee: My managers and coworkers were always very nice. They didn't pay me (a 17 year old kid) any more than the minimum wage, however the company was always very nice to me as a entry-level employee. Something I'd like to see change is their policy on the 20 hour minimum work-week, which limits job flexibility. I worked there for several months and had to quit because of a conflicting schedule. Only a few short months later, only 2 of the initial 10 coworkers that worked along side me remained in the store.
