I love when I can enter their house and bring a smile to their face. Many elderly clients dont have family or adequate care and no one to visits and I provide these services with a smile and a hug. Niche User: Visionworks is an amazing place to work and a company to work for. There had been some struggles years ago, but the new senior executive leadership that made changes improved the results from the field employees. Every field location will be different based on the size and leadership style of the senior leadership in that territory. The health benefits I have are no match in comparison to my wife's PPO plan from her employer, similar benefits from healthcare providers cost more than double to monthly premiums. ProScribe MD didn't get 5 stars from me because when I first joined they felt like a respectable company that provided us with excellent and thorough training, but in the last year I worked with them their training of new employees was rushed and was overall lacking. Their leadership over my region lost a great deal of the scribes' respect and all but 2 of us ended up finding other jobs together because we were doing many hours for little pay and didn't feel we were appreciated by leadership.
