Experienced Employee: I have worked at Billings clinic for the past 4 years. I would like to see them do some sort of active recruiting. We are chronically short staffed and the way management seems to fix it is by buying the staff pizza. I would prefer they take the money from pizza nights and put that towards sign on bonuses or raises.I would like this to not just be for nurses but CNAs as well. I love my BC family and the teamwork we use to get through these long, short staffed, busy nights. I hope to continue my career there once finished with my BSN... Read 8 reviews

Entry Level Employee: What a great place with great people! I worked in the kitchen all through High school and through some college and it was the best job a Highschooler could ask for. Management worked great around my schedule and gave me as many hours as I wanted. I also was able to learn a lot of different positions all over the kitchen and the outskirts and never got bored of my job with all the different shifts there was to learn. Experienced Employee: I just started working at CDCN, but I am already impressed with the work environment. It's not as toxic as my last job, works mostly with schedules while maintaining basic shift standards, and they have awesome PTO benefits. They seem to really care about their employees and the job is pretty laid back even at the busiest times. Employees also do their best to help customers with whatever issues they are experiencing and they always put the customer first, no matter how long it takes. I've never been in a call center job, or a job in general, that encourages employees to help the customers as much as this job does. I really love this job and I plan to retire here if possible.... We are a part of the Providence Network so there are many hospitals and clinics throughout the Western United States. Sometimes changes made in one area dont meet the needs of our area making it a bit of a challenge. My office manager is always willing to listen to suggestions and ideas however, when decisions are made, they come from the corporate level down and are a company wide change or decision. Entry Level Employee: St. Peters has very talented providers, nurses, assistive personnel, and administrative personnel. I believe St. Petes has a bad reputation among the community. I do not think this is due to incompetence of the staff but rather the recent hiccups with management and disagreements of the community with management decisions with regard to providers. Also disagreements with providers and management. St. Peters offers their employees benefits and paid vacation along with other employee perks. Overall I think it a good place to work and would be comfortable receiving my care through St. Peters. Experienced Employee: Great company but with any nursing they always need more help. Some of the nursing management would listen to issues but nothing was ever done with problems . Alot of asking but not receiving. Scheduling was a month at a time so that was great for planning. No room for vacation unless we had our shifts covered by ourselves.
