Entry Level Employee: It's wonderful! Great benefits and support for employees! They work with employees on their disabilities and are flexible with employees on leave time. Compensation is top notch! Due to COVID they gave all employees a $1000 bonus! Thank you! During COVID they did not lay off anyone and were willing to help employees out financially as much as they could. They give students going for undergraduate degrees $2500 for tuition and graduate degrees $5000. They also give $10,000 to employees who adopt a child and offer $15,000 for infertility treatments to employees. Management does everything they can to accomodate your schedules. Students are especially catered to. I needed to just work weekends so that I could go to Nursing school. They made it happen! My manager and administrator were happy to help me get the schedule I needed. Also, health insurance and dental insurance are awesome! They cover a lot of services and treatments people need. Senior Employee: United Health Group is a very diverse employer who offers both onsite and work from home opportunities. I have worked for the company for 15 years in various salaried positions while working from home. The company has allowed me the opportunity to advance internally and has also provided on the job training to assist me with doing so. Every time I have shared my opinions with management, they have heard and respected them without making me feel less than. I feel my salary and bonus opportunities are fair. Entry Level Employee: Manager is very transparent. what you see is what you get. What i like most about working here is the staff at night. they are very helpful and knowledgeable of the work environment and content. What i do really helps patients feel more comfortable. Love working the night time but would like to work mornings because of school during the evening. I literally have to drive from anaheim to beverly hills everyday. Monday-Fridays. I would also like to see management get a little more involved and engage in our work environment so he can see the daily tasks and obstacles we are faced every part of the day.
