Spectrum Health - Butterworth Campus
Entry Level Employee: At Spectrum Health Hospital, while there are some departments that may have great management who treat their employees respectfully and with care, there are some departments with questionable management, who may treat employees and/or patients who are diverse culturally, ethnically, religiously, etc. differently, in a way that feels discriminatory and/or may behave ignorantly towards such individuals. I have seen many individuals suffer from this issue, and also explain uncomfortable situations from rude and/or ignorant individuals working here.
Regardless of this, Spectrum does a survey every 6 months to combat this, striving to be a better company. As workers, we understand that it may be hard to weed out the individuals who cause the problems.
Overall, Spectrum Health is a great place to work because of its position in the Medical Mile, its growth opportunity, and its ability to make patients feel safe.... Read 28 reviews
