Gritman Medical Center
Entry Level Employee: Gritman is a great place to work. That said, the hospital could probably be managed a little better.
I love Gritman because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there, especially to new employees. The place is there to serve people- and that includes employees.
Like I said before, Gritman could probably be run a little bit more tightly financially. If it were run in this way, though, it would probably take away some of the character of the organization, so....
