Entry Level Employee: I have worked at MMMC for over a year as a Patient-Care Technician and as a Registered Nurse. The company treats its employees fairly and offers many opportunities to encourage growth within all of us. They offer tuition reimbursement, free continuing education courses and certifications, host community events, leveling points (participate in committees, research studies, etc. and earn a bonus each year), etc. I enjoy working with my co-workers in a supportive environment. Management always has our best interests in mind and is constantly pushing us to become better. I wish some of the benefits that they offered were improved upon like their retirement portfolio options.
