Experienced Employee: After being a member of the Walk-On's family for close to a year I am happy to report that it is one of the most fun restaurants I've worked at. The management staff is highly motivational, caring, and good at their jobs. I can't forget to mention they have been superb in allowing me to work and go to school by working around my class schedule and have even let me have a weekend night off when I was stressing about a final. (I PASSED!) I highly recommend working here, especially if you’re in school! Game on!

Experienced Employee: Bistro Byronz is a great restaurant to work at because everyone is supportive of each other. All the employees become very close and we hang out together on the weekends often. The hours are pretty flexible and the managers honestly care about their employees.

Senior Employee: I have been employed here for five and a half years now. I started out as a hostess when I was 17 and I now wait tables and bartend occasionally. Most of my coworkers have been employed here for at least 2 years and some have been with big mikes for over 7 years. The people I work with I call my family because there is a tight bond between all of us. We have regulars that come in anywhere from 3 times a week to every single day and most of my coworkers, including myself, have a tight bond with the regulars as well. They are part of our “family.”
