Entry Level Employee: Washington Federal is an amazing company to work for. The employees support each other professionally and everyone is so very friendly, even the CEO of the company. Washington Federal truly does promote from within and offers compensation if an employee needs to cover shifts at different branches, volunteer in the community for CRA(Community Reinvestment Act) credits, or attend meetings not hosted at the branch. The benefits are super competitive and there's always promotion of continued education and learning.
