Entry Level Employee: I absolutely loved working for this company. The TJX Companies truly cares for it's employees and takes pride in for what they stand for. Although their policies and benefits were great when I worked there, the company always worked to make them better.
I love this company especially for what they do: recycle! (Almost). To take "last years model" or products that were going to be trashed, to be re-sold is an amazing and unique concept. It's a win for the company who originally sold the product since they're getting profit for products that were going to be thrown out, it is a win for the TJX Company re-selling the product to make profit and it's a win for the consumer because they get the product at a cheaper price!

Intern / Student Worker: My experience at GE Aviation has been great. I'm currently a Mechanical Engineering major and I have done 1 co-op with them. I'm doing my second one right now. One thing I love is that I get to travel with this company while I'm in college. My first rotation was in Cincinnati, Ohio. My current rotation is in Auburn, Alabama. I've learned so much from this experience. I was given meaningful projects and my assignment leaders and managers challenged me to do great things. I was exposed to technology that I didn't even know existed, and I found passion in these technologies. I definitely recommend this company!

Experienced Employee: I've worked for New Balance Athletics manufacturing shoes for close to 4 years now. The overall experience has been good. It is highly skilled labor that they provide excellent training for. The most difficult aspect of the job is the work is extremely fast paced. Though the pace is hard on the body they take initiative with preventive actions that include daily wellness checks and on site physical therapy. The compensation is fare but the benefits are excellent. They provide tuition reimbursement for those seeking further education, which I have taken advantage of. There are volunteer programs and physical fitness reimbursements as well. It's nice that an American manufacturing company has enough integrity to keep a good chunk of it's business in America. For an entry-level job it was an ideal choice and they provide much opportunity for growth in the company.

Experienced Employee: Been with the company almost 2 years. It is great job, decent pay, and they work with you if you have a scheduling conflict. My only criticism is their concern with break times. If they know you are working through your break and not actually running around or chatting in the breakroom, then they should be a little more lenient.

Entry Level Employee: I have been working with the company since 2012. There are so many wonderful opportunities in all the different store locations as well as the HQ in Taunton. There are many charity events that the company holds for all in the area in need or with disabilities such as Coats for Kids and the Walk for Adoption events. The company is not only focused on selling furniture but creating an optimistic and fun experience for it's customers and their families. I started off as a seasonal employee and have since worked 4 different positions now in HQ. As long as you put in the work and dedication to the company there is plenty of room for advancement and growth. Jordna's Furniture goes above and beyond for both its customers and employees.

Manager / Director: A company is only as good as it's employees. Fortunately for me, I work with some of the best employees I have ever worked with. Not only are the people great but the company as a whole. As a privately held company, us employees get a lot of special attention and beyond fair treatment. This is the one company I was able to express my thoughts and ideas and had managers actually listen and put some into action. To sum it all up, this is a great environment to find yourself and grow.
