McAlister's Deli
Experienced Employee: Working at McAlister's Deli in Spartanburg is my first and current job, and I don't regret taking it at all! It taught me to become more multifaceted, extend my people skills, as well as help me prepare for the real world starting with basic skills that are fundamental in any work place: punctuality, reliability, work ethic, and a positive attitude.
As for the workplace, the relationship between my coworkers and my managers is best described as a family dynamic, we may have disagreements however when needed be, we get our work done efficiently and we get along really well. The pay is perfect for me, especially as a teenager who just works for pocket money as well as the ocassional necessities such as some groceries and gas.
Overall, McAlister's is the perfect place to start work, especially at a young age and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a part time or even a full time job.... Read 28 reviews
