Experienced Employee: My experience driving for Ubereats has been good. I love how flexible the hours are...you basically choose your own schedule. I'd only recommend doing Ubereats if your town is smaller. I did it in Flagstaff, Arizona, a college town, and it was the perfect size. Entry Level Employee: I have been employed at AGH for six months now as a registered nurse. I love my job, and I highly recommend it to others. I had a phone interview where she asked me some questions about my clinical experience and told me about the company. She then set up an interview and shadow time. The in-person interview was very personable – the manager wants to get to know you as a person, not make you feel intimidated. After I was hired, my orientation was very structured, and they really did everything they could to make me be comfortable and confident to be on my own. The benefits of working for a union are amazing. We currently have a double stipend for overtime and we get time and a half for anything above 36 hours – the opportunity for overtime is always there. The perk I love most about my job is that the doctors and nurses are so friendly and work together so well. Experienced Employee: I have only worked here for a short period of time, but I love it! They make it so it is completely patient care centered, while also including the employees and making them feel like a family instead of just an employee. They are currently working on renovations, so I am eager to see it once it is completed. Everyone is friendly to one another. In fact, they have a policy of the 1o and the 5 feet. When you are within 10 feet from someone, you should smile and acknowledge the person, then at 5 feet you are supposed to greet one another with a simple hello, to how's your day and things of that nature.... The schedule can be difficult but as a production facility which operates around the clock it is as good as it can be. There are ample opportunities at one facility so if you get bored in one position you can always opt for a different job in a new building which helps to break up the sometimes monotonous work. Experienced Employee: The management of this office is amazing. They keep the over-all spirit up in all their employees. I love the work i do. I am an orthopedic technician and I Place patients into cast if needed. Room them, find out what is going on. Everyday is new and different. Always something to learn. Now i am working with a foot and ankle doctor, which i had no idea how involved the foot and ankles are! Also i work with the orthopedic oncologist, she is amazing. Truly the perfect doctor for the situation these patients are possibly facing. The experience alone working with oncology makes you have a whole other appreciation for medicine. It’s also humbling. I would recommend my office as a great learning environment and overall the office staff is truly amazing.
