Manager / Director: I thoroughly enjoyed most of my time working for the company. I spent 1 year at an Urban Outfitters (more quite location than most) and 4 years at an Anthropologie (busy location). The company is every changing and absorbing employee and customer feedback. During my 4 years at Anthro, I saw the company make big strides to provide a safe and comfortable place for people to work. The switch in CEOs of the Anthropologie Group to Tricia Smith proved to be a good decision in my eyes as policies and processes became smoother and more aligned with what employees needed. The few issues for me were needing more payroll (this may have changed in fall of 2022 after I left) and providing policy security when it came to dealing with difficult customers. Some areas had challenging customers that were mean, to be straight forward. Other than that, the environment was mostly fun to work in and my coworkers were very kind and fashion forward.... Entry Level Employee: They say that you quit the manager not the job, and I think that's true here. My shift manager before she transferred was awesome but the new one makes me a little stressed. Anyways, the pay is only 11/hr here which isn't great, and people complain about the self-checkouts constantly. I personally like to keep busy but am not given many tasks to do throughout the hours I'm there. I also only get scheduled once or twice a week sometimes and that is not enough to live. I would say get a second job if you work here because all the hours will go to the managers (we sometimes have 3 managers and one associate on the schedule for an entire day, with the associate working for only 5 hours). Though I've complained a lot it's a lot easier to warn you about the bad than fluff up the good (which other places might have too).... Read 41 reviews

Experienced Employee: I absolutely love working here. The facilities are amazing, it seems that they're always being updated or new buildings are being erected. I'm fortunate to work with some of the best medical professionals in my area. Most providers are easy to work for and willing to teach. My co-workers are all stars! I've never worked at a place which such comradery! If for some reason you feel the desire to transfer or to move around within the company, there are many different hospitals under the same health system so a transfer is possible. Maybe you want to work in the suburbs to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city... there's a location for that. Maybe you want to move out of Philadelphia and over to New Jersey for warm breezes and beach views... there's a location for that too! They have great benefits as well, like health, dental and life insurance. They also offer a nice retirement package, with matching up to 2.5%.
