Experienced Employee: Out of the many restaurants I've worked at, Cooper's Hawk is my favorite. They really care about family, quality training, and rewards for achievements. I worked as a pastry chef for 8 months and I was promoted in that short time there. They really care about work life balance of their employees and create a pleasurable experience.
