Experienced Employee: I work at the Qdoba located at Bloomsburg University. This is my first time working at a fast food chain and I would have to say my experience was great. It helped me work on and better my personal flaws, such as communication and leadership skills.

However, one thing Qdoba needs to work on would be their organization and communication skills. There was situations that weren’t so great because of lack of communication but in the end we worked together to get pass it. Working as a team is always a satisfying factor at a job!

Experienced Employee: Good pay with benefits, but bad hours (differ by store). My only two negative experiences were having to work closing shifts, then return to work the morning shift, and not receiving time off when requested. That being said, everything else was fine. It is relatively easy to move up within the company, with opportunities to become a manager if you prove yourself. The company provides options for health insurance at decent cost.

Entry Level Employee: I have never received as much support anywhere else as I have at Trumpet. Everyone is very helpful when you have questions about a clients program. The supervisors always make sure that you are on top of it. They will at minimum observe you twice a month every month. It is a very fun environment here at Trumpet. This job is very rewarding.

Manager / Director: The Point has a great atmosphere and I have made plenty of friends over the years between all of the awesome, long-time members and the employees. The facility is very large, being about 65,000 square feet and there is always something to do here.
