Experienced Employee: This health system is community owned. The people who work here own the hospital. The administration is woefully disconnected from the front line staff work and let financial concern gush down to the front line staff too much. Teams are effective amongst front line staff, however, and highly supportive. The health system does a great job of supporting people in their efforts to attain higher education.
