Experienced Employee: I love working here! I have worked here for 4 years and I have always had the best experience. The hours can be long but mostly everyone works together to take turns being mandated. The residents are awesome they love all of the staff. The building could use some updates. I have never had a bad experience. The pay is average. The employees always get along and work together. We have to remind ourselves that we are not at work to make money we are at work to help people and that is what needs to happen. The job is very rewarding. I am looking forward to working as a Nurse after graduation. I hope that all of the North shore healthcare facilities are as awesome as ours in Hayward. If I could change one thing it would be that the holiday requirements would be working every other holiday so that some people have some holidays off instead of holidays always landing on their day to work.... Intern / Student Worker: I worked there for three summers and considering it was a warehouse job, I quite enjoyed it. Every summer the employees received one pair of free shoes, it did not matter how expensive the shoes were normally, we got them for free. There were also many company bonding sessions such as cookouts and cornhole tournaments. The people were nice and helpful as well.... Read 1 review
